It is not possible to import existing lists of numbers. Canadian telecom regulations mandate that for mobile marketing campaigns each number must first opt-in to the campaign by sending an opt-in keyword that defines a campaign to the short code associated with the campaign. For txtr.ca campaigns this means that you first need to create a campaign and create one or more keywords in it. Then, you instruct your audience to send such opt-in keyword to 77777. Once they do so, their numbers will show up in your campaign and you will be able to use these numbers in future mobile marketing campaigns.
